Dr. Hasan Rizvi

About Dr. Hasan Rizvi:

He did his Bachelors in Microbiology, Biochemistry and Physiology from the University of Karachi. Graduated from Dow medical college with an MBBS degree in 1975 and came to the USA for further training and to explore the world and himself. He did his Residency in Internal Medicine at the VA hospital in the Bronx, NY affiliated with Mt. Saini University Hospital in Manhattan NY. After three years of the Internal Medicine Residency, he did two years of Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola NY under the guidance of a prominent Oncologist, Dr. Larry Nathanson and a world renowned figure in the management of melanoma. He did another year of fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston Massachusetts affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Rizvi has been dedicated to taking care of Oncological and Hematological diseases in private practice since 1984.
